What This Blog Is
DevInsight is a personal technical blog about design and operational decisions I actually face while developing: tech I debated adopting, problems that only showed up in practice, and the reasoning behind the choices I made.
It is run by a single developer (Wonjin), who personally decides what to cover, reviews every post, and decides what gets published.
Topics
Frontend, backend, deployment and operations, security, data, and developer tooling. Rather than restating summaries, posts focus on when a choice actually holds up and what it costs.
How Posts Are Made
Drafts are written with AI assistance, then reviewed and fact-checked by hand before publishing. Posts that do not pass review are not published.
Topics are not padded with near-duplicate posts — one representative post per topic is kept and refined over time, and posts that stop helping are retired from the public list.
Found a Mistake?
If something is technically wrong or poorly worded, email the address on the contact page. I verify and correct it quickly.
